In some cases, we may receive authentication information directly from mobile users, including in the form of a personal information number (PIN) previously sent to a mobile user.
We use collected information to provide and operate our services, communicate with users, fulfill requests (e.g., content delivery, prize distribution), improve and develop new features, services, and performance, and analyze trends and user behavior. SMS opt-in consent will never be shared.
All data, feedback, suggestions, or other content submitted by users in connection with the products and services—including but not limited to feature ideas, error reports, performance observations, and any materials derived from or created using such submissions—shall be the sole and exclusive property of Marlimar and its assigns.
